Shipping and Delivery Policy – Blossom Florist

At Blossom Florist, we are dedicated to providing reliable and timely delivery services, ensuring your floral arrangements arrive in pristine condition. Please review our shipping and delivery policies below to understand our terms and conditions.


Delivery Districts and Fees

We deliver across Hong Kong with the following standard charges:

  • Hong Kong Island: HKD $100
  • Kowloon: HKD $150
  • New Territories: HKD $250
  • Remote Areas and Outlying Islands: HKD $400
    (Includes Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, Cheung Chau, Lamma Island, Peng Chau, Mui Wo, Disneyland, Hong Kong International Airport, and Tung Chung)

Delivery Time Slots

We aim to deliver your orders within the following time slots:

  • 09:00 - 13:00
  • 13:00 - 18:00

While we strive to deliver within the selected time frame, exact arrival times cannot be guaranteed. For those requiring a more specific delivery time, we offer the Appointed Time Delivery Service.


Appointed Time Delivery Service

For guaranteed delivery at a specific time (e.g., 15:00 or 15:30-16:00), a surcharge of HKD $150 will apply. Please indicate your preferred delivery time in the "Delivery Notes" section during checkout. Should we be unable to deliver within the specified time, the surcharge will be fully refunded.

Important Information:

  • To mitigate potential delays due to traffic or weather conditions, we recommend adding a 15-30 minute buffer to your requested time slot (e.g., request 14:30-15:00 if delivery is required by 15:00).
  • Appointed time requests earlier than 09:00 are unavailable, as shipment preparation begins at 09:00.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation to help us ensure a smooth delivery experience.


Peak Season Delivery

During high-demand seasons such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Christmas, and Lunar New Year, delivery services may experience delays due to increased order volumes. During these periods, delivery times will be limited to 09:00 - 18:00.

To avoid potential delays, we highly recommend opting for in-store pickup during these busy periods.


Same-Day Delivery

We provide same-day delivery for orders placed before 11:00 AM from Monday to Sunday, subject to product availability. Please note that same-day orders are limited to the floral arrangements available in stock at the time of ordering.


Delivery Restrictions

  • Order Cut-Off for Special Occasions: Orders for Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Christmas, and New Year must be placed at least 3 days in advance.
  • Weather Disruptions: Delivery services will be suspended during adverse weather conditions, such as when Typhoon Signal No. 8 or Black Rainstorm Warnings are in effect. In such cases, our team will contact you to reschedule delivery.

Delivery Issues

If a delivery cannot be completed due to an incomplete or inaccurate address, recipient unavailability, refusal of delivery, or lack of recipient contact information, we will notify you via email or phone. A re-delivery attempt will be scheduled for the next business day, subject to an additional charge.

For deliveries to third-party locations such as offices or hospitals, the signature of an authorized representative will be accepted as proof of delivery.


Return and Exchange Policy

As flowers are delicate and perishable, all purchases are considered final and non-refundable. However, if the recipient is dissatisfied with the quality of the arrangement, they must notify Blossom Florist within 24 hours of delivery, providing a valid and detailed explanation. Upon review, an exchange may be offered at the sole discretion of our team.


Order Modifications and Cancellation Policy

  • Order Amendments: Changes to your order can be requested up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date. To make amendments, please contact us using the details provided in your order confirmation email or via our website.
  • Order Cancellations: Once an order is placed, it is considered final and non-refundable. We sincerely appreciate your understanding in this matter.
