Good to know
How does payment work?
Your subscription is billed automatically once a month. You pay for the first month at checkout, and the same card is charged on the same date every month after that until you cancel. Each monthly payment covers that month's deliveries: 4 for Weekly, 2 for Every 2 weeks, or 1 for Monthly.
Which payment methods can I use?
Because the subscription renews automatically, please pay with a credit or debit card (or a wallet such as Apple Pay or Google Pay where shown at checkout). Payment methods that cannot be saved for future charges are not available for subscriptions.
Is delivery really free?
Yes. Every subscription delivery is free, every month, whichever size and frequency you choose. We deliver to Hong Kong Island and Kowloon. For the New Territories or outlying islands, please WhatsApp us before ordering.
When will my flowers arrive?
Choose your delivery day, Monday to Sunday. In the cart, pick the date of your first delivery (please choose a date that falls on your delivery day) and a time slot: Monday to Saturday 09:00–13:00 or 13:00–18:00, Sundays and public holidays 10:00–13:00 or 13:00–16:00. After that, we deliver on the same day every week, every two weeks or once a month.
Can I choose the flowers?
Subscription bouquets are designed by our florists with what is freshest each week, so every delivery is a little different. Choose a colour mood and tell us about any flowers or scents to avoid, and we will design around your preferences.
Can I skip, reschedule or change my delivery day?
Yes. Send us a WhatsApp message at least 48 hours before a scheduled delivery and we will move it or update your delivery day.
How do I pause or cancel?
Your subscription continues month to month until you cancel. To pause or cancel, WhatsApp us at least 48 hours before your next billing date and we will stop the next charge. Because fresh flowers are ordered and prepared in advance, payments already made are non-refundable, in line with our refund policy.
What about typhoons and peak seasons?
When Typhoon Signal No. 8 or a Black Rainstorm Warning is in force, deliveries are suspended and we will contact you to reschedule. Around Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Christmas and Lunar New Year, delivery may be arranged anytime between 09:00 and 18:00.
Can I give a subscription as a gift?
Of course. Enter the recipient's name and address at checkout, and add your card message in the notes for our florist. As the subscription renews monthly on your card, just let us know when you would like the gift to end.
