FAQ
Same-day questions
How late can I order for today?
Each same-day bouquet needs about 4 hours to design and prepare. As a guide, order by 9 am for same-day delivery (1 pm to 6 pm) or by 2 pm for pick-up before 6 pm. On Sundays and public holidays, order by 9 am for delivery (1 pm to 4 pm) or by 12 noon for pick-up before 4 pm. The live status at the top of this page and the calendar in the basket always show what is still available today.
Can I choose the exact flowers?
Not for same-day orders. Your colour tone guides our florist and we will leave out any flowers or colours you ask us to avoid, but the final selection depends on the freshest stems in the studio that day. For a specific design, please order from our Bouquet Collection at least 2 days ahead.
Will my bouquet look like the photos?
The photos show the size and style of each bouquet. Because every same-day bouquet is designed on the day, the flowers, shades and wrapping will vary, but the size, quality and care are always the same.
How much is delivery?
Store pickup at G/F, 27 First Street, Sai Ying Pun is free. Local delivery is HK$100 to Hong Kong Island, HK$150 to Kowloon, HK$250 to the New Territories and HK$400 to remote areas. Delivery time slots are 9 am to 1 pm or 1 pm to 6 pm from Monday to Saturday, and 10 am to 1 pm or 1 pm to 4 pm on Sundays and public holidays.
